Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Billout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

The Service

Billout provides tools to track subscriptions, expenses, budgets, and savings goals. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Billout does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Billout. You grant us a license to process that data to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your data is accurate and lawful.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to bypass security.
• Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service.

Fees

Billout is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future and will provide notice before any fees apply.

Third-Party Services

If you use social login, third-party services such as Google or Facebook may be involved. Their terms and policies apply to those services.

Termination

You can stop using Billout at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billout is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months, if any.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Billout harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
